  When our water consumption suddenly increased for no apparent reason SW Water contacted us and it turned out that there was a leak., for which they compensated us. Last year when 3 extra people moved in to our property our consumption went up and SW Water rang to find out if there was a problem. I asked for our direct debit to be increased as a consequence. I have just rung them today to decrease our direct debit as the 3 people are moving out. I have found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful at all times and their customer care second to none.

  They don't readjust your direct debit so the money builds up. They keep the interest. They let you think you've got alot of credit due back and forget to reduce it by the bill. If they pay you it takes a week (why? Digital age! Oh yes, more interest! )Ask you to read you meter when they've just done it themselves. There is no other company to go to.
