  Made to feel very welcome, everyone was really friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Relaxed atmosphere, great selection of drinks. The room was just what we wanted and the price was good. Great shower too! You didn't have to go through the pub to get to your room either which can be a plus for some people. Breakfast was really nice, attention. To detail with the presentation of it, great selection of teas. We will be going back!

  The pub had a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. The food (I had breaded squid and roast beef) was tasty and the portions were spot on. Possibly a bit pricey but overall an enjoyable Sunday lunch.

  Fantastic, really couldn't fault the place (well, except the Beer Garden which is a work in progress!).
  Salt and Pepper Squid as a starter was quite possibly the best I have ever had. CAMRA pub, therefore excellent beer, great food, fantastic service and good atmosphere and to top it all B&B rooms for £50-£60 per night.
