  We have been able to watch PDS at work recently demolishing the old Chandlery on Vauxhall Street. Strange as this may sound, it has been a real pleasure, from what we have seen, they have worked diligently, safely, tidily, quietly and aware at all times of the very close proximity of the occupied dwellings around them.
  We cannot imagine why we would ever utilise the services of a demolition company, but if the time ever came, we would have no hesitation in contacting them, they appear to be a very professional, competent and efficient company.
