  Poor customer service; lying staff with no interest in keeping customers; and unwilling to admit fault. Never experienced such disinterest and arrogant attitude from the manager of a shop before. Granted the assistant manager wasn't as rude but exceedingly unhelpful. Didn't get as far as eating the pizza this weekend, and never will from here or likely this chain again.
