  On the 3rd August 2017 I bought a pair of earrings and a bracelet from Blue Wing Gallery in Totnes for my wifes birhday, 3 days later one of the links broke, I tried to contact the shop but there is no tel. No. so I travelled down to Totnes with the item, the very helpful young lady informed me that the only way it could be returned was through head office to the owner Bircan Harper, despite my protestations to the effect that I had travelled some 50 miles to return the item and the fact that is was only 3 days old made no difference. After several emails to Mrs Harper I finally got a reply and I was asked to return the item and she would assess it. Two weeks later and several more emails the bracelet was returned. My wife wore it for about a week and the same thing happened again. This time I emailed and requested my money back as quite clearly the item was not fit for purpose, that was on 23rd October 2017, I have had no reply. It is not possible to contact this company by any other way except email, there are no telephone numbers for the shops and the contact number for head office does not connect. My purpose for writing this is to warn prospective buyers from this business, that whilst the jewellery sold is very attractive if things go wrong you will have no recourse as Mrs harper appears not to be interested in her business's reputation. I am resulting to legal action.

  Awesome shop, helpful friendly staff. Never had a bad experience. When i had a small stone come out of my ring the manager repaired for free and it was over a year old! And to be fair I did forget to take it off sometimes when washing up! Highly recommend
